Vertical Challenge – Follow-Up – Jessica Connell

Vertical Challenge – Follow-Up – Jessica Connell

Follow-Up to the Jessica Connell of Las Vegas, Nevada Vertical Dynamics 6-minute Vertical Challenge.

The goal of the Vertical Challenge is to test an individual’s Vertical Strength and Conditioning. What we mean is: let’s test your Real Life Functional Strength and Condition. It looks simple, right, compared to your workout regimen?! Just 6 minutes on the VMS™ is a standard protocol that we use in the Vertical Community as a workout or goal to reach as Verticizers improve their Vertical Strength and Conditioning. The 6-minute Vertical Challenge is not designed to be unattainable by any means; it’s just a simple, 6-minute marker which will show you the total systemic, intensity difference of Vertical Movement™ as compared to other modalities.

The Vertical Challenge is 6 minutes (30 seconds of each of the 12 Life Movements™) on the VMS without rest or stopping. The individual must maintain proper form, be on the second step of the VMS™ and have their hands placed at their true or perfect base form position on the handle bars during each Life Movement™. No rest, Can’t stop, Must transition from one Life Movement™ to the next without hesitation.

You work out, right?! A piece of cake! 6 minutes is nothing!

But are you really as strong and in as good of condition as you could be? Are you in Vertical Condition?

Interview with Samantha Lane of Las Vegas, NV Age: 30
Vertical Dynamics PRO: Anthony “AC” Carnevale

I heard about the Vertical Movement System™ from my friend Jessica Connell. I’ve had sciatic pain in my right hip due to my pregnancy. Immediately upon getting on the VMS™, It made me feel awake; my energy level is something I also struggle with because of the pregnancy.

I started feeling the benefit after my first few sets. Even though this is my first time using the VMS™ I can feel the change in my grip strength. I LOVED IT! I’m really interested in the science behind it and how it really works.

The next morning after trying the VMS™ for the first time, Samantha called to tell us, “My hip feels Great!”

I first heard about the Vertical Movement System from Pattianne. I had 3 surgeries in my left and right foot and I have lower back problems to the point that I can’t lay flat on my stomach or back. I can’t get up on my own and I have arthritis in both thumbs which may be carpal tunnel. I have type II diabetes elevated blood pressure and restless leg syndrome on top of going through menopause.

When I first tried the Vertical Movement System I was so excited. I felt motivated, my head was positive and my muscles felt great. I started feeling great almost immediately after only using it for a few minutes.

I love the idea that I can see results in muscle strength and range of motion having used the system for only a few minutes.

After doing the six minute Vertical Challenge, parts of my body were sore in places that don’t get sore from the gym. Especially my back, my forearms, and my fingers . It was unbelievable what the Vertical Challenge workout was able do in just minutes.
