I’ve had surgery on my shoulder and elbow and have had some issues. After noticing the progress my wife Michelle Martinezjunco was making with the Vertical Movement System, so I decided to give it a try. I spent about 25 minutes my first time learning and using the system, and I can already feel the difference.
